After 36 years in this location, my mom and I had been discussing plans to transition into a new space when our lease ended this spring. Losing her in December to her sudden and unexpected battle with cancer paused those plans in a way none of us could have expected. Now with our lease ending I have moved forward with our decision not to renew. While this space is now closed the heart behind it is not. My mom planted the seeds, they were rooted in love, and I plan to continue to grow in my own way, carrying forward her legacy, for the heArt of it. Right now, I am in need of a little time to regroup, to grieve the loss of my beautiful mom and heal my heart as I continue searching for the perfect next space. Thank you for being part of our story over the past 36 years, and for allowing us to be part of yours. It has been a privilege to grow up in the beautiful community that will forever be remembered as Nancy’s Country Hearts. I am proud to be my mother’s daughter. I am proud of the beautiful life she built and the village she raised me in. She absolutely loved her store and all of the friends that made up the very heart of it. I absolutely love you too. 36 years in business in the same location is something to be truly celebrated. I am eternally grateful for each and everyone of you that have filled our lives with so much love, friendship, support and so many great memories. With heartfelt gratitude, I thank you for continuing with me on this journey, as I grow into what this next chapter is meant to be. Be sure to stay tuned for what’s to Bloom! I will keep you posted along the way.
Spring reminds us that even after the hardest season, something beautiful begins again.”
With Heart,
Dana
